Privacy Policy
Last updated: 16 July 2026
This notice explains how EAD Milano processes the personal data of people who visit the website and use its contact channels. It is provided under Articles 12 and 13 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR).
1. Data controller
The data controller is EXCLUSIVE AUTO DETAILING SRLS, VAT no. IT10723500962, registered office at Via Modena 3/5, 20090 Buccinasco (MI), Italia. Email: info@eadmilano.it. Telephone: +39 320 758 4442.
2. Personal data processed
Technical and browsing data
When you browse the website, the systems that deliver and protect it may process the IP address, date and time of the request, requested URL, response status, user agent, browser and device information, referrer and technical data needed for security, diagnostics and correct content delivery.
Data you provide voluntarily
When you contact EAD Milano by email, telephone, WhatsApp or another external channel, we process the information you choose to provide, such as your name, contact details, vehicle information and the content of your request. The website does not ask you to submit special categories of personal data.
Analytics data, only with consent
After you consent to analytics cookies, Google Analytics may process pseudonymous browser identifiers, pages viewed, source, interactions, technical device data and approximate location. EAD Milano does not send your name, email address, telephone number, message content or a User-ID to Google Analytics.
3. Purposes and legal bases
Website delivery, security, abuse prevention and troubleshooting: the controller’s legitimate interest in providing a secure website, under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.
Handling enquiries, appointments, quotations and pre-contractual steps: steps taken at the data subject’s request under Article 6(1)(b) GDPR; administrative and tax obligations, where applicable, are processed under Article 6(1)(c) GDPR.
Statistical measurement of website use through Google Analytics: the user’s consent under Article 6(1)(a) GDPR. Consent is optional and may be withdrawn at any time.
4. Whether data is required
Strictly necessary technical data is processed to enable browsing. Providing data through contact channels is optional, but without the information needed we may be unable to respond. Rejecting analytics cookies does not restrict access to the website or services.
5. Processing methods and security
Data is processed electronically using technical and organisational measures appropriate to the risk. Access is limited to authorised persons and providers acting under documented instructions where applicable.
6. Recipients and service providers
Data may be processed by hosting, security, content-delivery and storage providers, including Cloudflare, and by authorised technical or professional advisers to the extent necessary.
If you allow analytics cookies, Google also processes data to provide Google Analytics. The measurement setup used by the website does not use User-ID, Google Signals or advertising personalisation.
When you contact us through WhatsApp or open an external social profile, that provider processes data under its own notice. EAD Milano does not sell users’ personal data.
7. Transfers outside the EEA
Some providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. Where this occurs, the transfer is based on an adequacy decision, the Data Privacy Framework where applicable, Standard Contractual Clauses or another mechanism permitted by Chapter V GDPR.
8. Retention periods
Technical data and logs are retained only for as long as necessary for delivery, security and diagnostics under the settings of the systems used; they may be retained longer only to investigate incidents, protect legal rights or meet legal obligations.
Contact enquiries that do not lead to a contractual relationship are retained for up to 24 months after the last relevant interaction. Data connected with a contractual, administrative or tax relationship is retained for the periods required by applicable law.
For Google Analytics, user-level and event-level data must be configured in the property with a two-month retention period. Aggregated reports may remain available for longer as part of the service’s operation.
The consent preference is stored in a technical cookie for six months, unless the processing conditions change materially or the user deletes cookies.
10. Your rights
Where the GDPR applies, you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, data portability and object to processing. You may also withdraw consent without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal. To exercise your rights, write to info@eadmilano.it.
11. Complaint to a supervisory authority
If you believe the processing breaches data-protection law, you may lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority or the competent authority where you live or work.
12. Automated decision-making
The website does not make decisions based solely on automated processing that produce legal effects or similarly significantly affect the user.
13. Changes to this notice
This notice may be updated for legal, organisational or technical changes. The latest update date appears at the top of the page; material changes may require consent to be requested again.
14. Contact
